Clearing the drive.....

Last week I left a dead mouse under the van.  I couldn’t manage a horse’s head, but I did manage to skin the mouse and leave the carcass intact.  It looked pretty gruesome.  It must have worked.  This week the van is gone.  The dinghy is gone.  The drive is looking a lot less cluttered with junk.

F even dragged a machine out of the garage and started squirting high pressure water at the drive and changed its colour.  It used to be a sort of dirty green, now most of it is concrete and orange coloured (‘concrete and orange’ – sounds like an ice-cream flavour or something).

In between being slimey green and becoming ‘concrete and orange’ the water squirting thing that whirls round and round made some interesting Celtic designs.  I was supposed to sit on that wet concrete and be photographed studying them, but I expect you have to be further up in the air to fully appreciate their art form – like flying over the Atacama desert (saw that on TV).  Besides it was wet….                                                            (unlike the Atacama desert).

  1. Well those photos certainly encourage me to dream of soaring above in an airplane to see those famous designs far below!
