Woodpile

I'm a bit concerned about this woodpile.  It seems to be connected in some way with that fire box indoors.  Making fire appears to be preceded by a trip out to the woodpile and back, but the woodpile is getting smaller.  If it disappears, there might be no more fire.

F's chair has replaced my chair near the fire but I don't like this chair.  It is hard and smells old, despite the new cover she put on it three years ago.  I have been trying to tear it apart for the last three years (at least) but my attempts only seem to make F cross.  It doesn't pay to get caught.
