Kalamata. I have heard that word before in the context of those small black things F & Mr B eat.
In the town of Kalamata we stayed in a pet-friendly "Art" hotel. I have no idea what "Art" means when attached to hotels but I instantly fell in love with the white cotton bed linen and towels. F tried to cover it with a blue sheet from home but I'm not having it - this is class at last.
Nicer bathroom than my private bathroom at home - bigger and more modern - but I wasn't allowed to have this one all to myself. They put my sawdust tray in the shower cubicle.
During the evening I inspected the reception area which turned out to be only vaguely interesting as there was no one around to chat to.
Good chair in the sun on the balcony, and a view over a big area where people walk and ride bikes and sit at cafes and outdoor restaurants -
