Mess

I'm discouraged from disrupting the arrangements on the lounge floor this week.  She knows her sewing isn't meant to encroach this side of the sofa...

F in her ongoing drive to finish things started (some of them years ago), pulled out all these patchwork samples made 15-16 years ago and arranged them on a background colour that will be used to join them up.

I expect it would be as much as my life is worth to mess it up, on the other hand, now that she has photographed it....

  2. looks good from here and i like the colors, they fit my house. we don't know if Beau likes the water because hubby has been out of commission since we got Beau 11 months ago, he is too heavy for me to life and will not step over the lip of the pool steps because he can't see the step. he might love it if we could get him in it the first time. he doesn't love baths, we do it with the garden hose but he lets us do it. again daddy is out of commission and it kills my back to bend over and do it. he is in need of a bath

  3. You can go ahead and mess it up now. She's got a photograph. You'd still be annoying though if you did. Go back to your loft young Tigger

  6. Thank you everyone who commented - we like hearing from you. I sat on my high place (CONDO) and watched while she set out about joining them up. It is now just 4 big pieces and might get finished and picked up off my floor tonight. (Then she can finish what she started on my Tigger in Tartan Pyjamas quilt - she doesn't like quilting and keeps finding other things to do instead. I have learned a big word for that - prevaricating.) xxx Mr T
