Hari OM Fair argument, Tigger ol' chap! As you mention Spanish, I am surmising this is the JUAN SEBASTIAN DE ELCANO - Spanish navy training vessel. So very close to being armada! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
wheres da pirates? these are Gorgeous!! Yes, Tigger this is your Armada! Your mama my also be a MADsnapper. This is how many I would take but a lot more toooo
Just did another post on Beau, he is not well, needs POTP. waiting to see if he feels better, details on blog. what you descirbed about London is what our helicopters do here also. where there is way to many people and cars, helicopters are a need.
Sorry to disappoint you Tigger, but you don't have an armada - unless you are disguised and you are secretly Sir Francis Drake. Then we might let you think you have one :) xx
Proper name would depend on the rig - given that this one only has one mast with square sails and the rest are for fore-and-aft sails, it is possibly a 4-masted barquentine.
She's a real beauty. From every angle
ReplyDeleteShe was dancing around in front of our place two days in a row.

Mr B did tell us what it was called. I suspect F of not paying attention. I couldn't spell it so I didn't mention the name in my dictation. xxx Mr T

DeleteIs there a ‘proper’ name for a four masted sailing ship. As Linda said….she’s a real beauty. Very special….is she a replica of another older ship
