Interesting - is it a homemade ‘stop me and buy one’ ice cream delivery van? How on earth is the driver able to see through what looks like a plastic bag windscreen?
Actually the windscreen is the bike parked behind it. It might have been an ice-cream cart once, now it is just a big empty bin on the front half of a motor bike/trike.
