If you stand way back (like across the street - the sort of distance we spied it from) and squint at it does it look like The Scream to you?
We bet the owners of the food place it advertises have never contemplated the composition of their sign from across the street.
It does! One of those unintended consequences of failing to apply visual intelligence.
ReplyDeleteTrue, but fun for the rest of us.
DeleteHari om
ReplyDeleteYup, I see it too! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
It does. I gather that The Scream is the only painting to have been made into an emoji.... today's useless fact for you! Arilx
ReplyDeleteAnd we have used it. There a challenge for someone - find another emoji worthy painting.
DeleteThe Japanese wave 🌊
DeleteAaaaaaahhhh Hokusai San
DeleteDefinitely looks scary to me.
ReplyDeleteYeah - would you eat in this restaurant.....?
DeleteI see it, i just stood up and kept backing further away and the further I get the more it is The Scream.. and even if you had not pointed it out, the sign in no way makes me want to go there to eat. It is not a good sign at all. I don't even know what the food IS
ReplyDeleteIt does make you wonder what they are actually serving.
ReplyDeleteI think that’s a hard pass for me lol
I thought it looked like a pigs trotter beside something unmentionable- with a side of chips as they say. Do you know what kind of food they are actually selling….not that we want to buy it
ReplyDeleteGiros - I believe (grilled meat carved off a big kebab and rolled in flat bread I think) - with a side of chips
DeleteNow that you've pointed it out...
ReplyDeleteha ha yes it does a bit orrr it looks like Bruno and Mr Cat when they yawn
