these are all truly amazing. I love the looks of the last one best and have never seen water art that can be walked up beside the little waterfalls. I don't think Beau has ever seen water of any kind except our pool and he pays it no mind at all. the koi photo is gorgeous..
Strangely for an asian city, I have seen only one koi carp pond. I can watch those fish for ages but most in this pond were that see-through pale pink colour. Slightly unsettling seeing their inner workings.
Hari OM Oh, these are all wonderful! I particularly like the steps - and the curtain wall at the end. Water features add so much elegance and refreshment to any space. YAM xx
Water is so relaxing They’re all lovely
ReplyDeleteWonderful. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteNobby is fascinated by water and he would adore these artworks too.
Cheers! Gail.
Something for everyone Nobby - including water loving k9s

ReplyDeleteI love that song.

Certainly the refreshment, and always an aura of calm or restfulness.
DeleteGreat to be able to stand in front of these and admire. I'd probably be mesmerised by the wall art
ReplyDeleteA lot of these are on hotels. The one with the tipping lines is on the Bay Sands Hotel.
DeleteI love water used as art material. Maya Lin has done some large pieces using it. These are lovely, and thank you for the explanatory videos.
ReplyDeleteI looked up Maya Lin - she certainly works on a large scale.
