Audrey Hepburn She Ain't

Holly Golightly might have had a cat (eponymously called Cat),  but she was never filmed buying food for it.  Tiffany's is an infinitely more stylish venue for an infinitely more stylish woman to strut her stuff.

We aim to amuse.

F tries to protect her face from cancer causing rays. (It's a bit late but that is another story.)  She says the only useful thing to come out of 'the human disease pandemic' is that she can wrap her face in multi-layers of scarf and call it a mask.  No one cares any more that she looks like a bandit or a desert nomad preparing for a sandstorm.

That hat needs some work though doesn't it?

  1. I actually love the way F wears her scarf, I think it looks very stylish and perfect for today's state of affairs :)

    1. Too much NZ on her face in her unsunscreened youth. And too many years working outdoors. I guess she's just lucky she's never been a sunbather and its only on her face.

    1. I don't do pink. I might consider a spotty one if Mr B gets one.

I too think this is quite Tiffany - even the hat has a certain je-nais-se-quoi! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  5. I think she looks very swish Tigger .....as do you yourself. A little smile for the camera would’ve been ‘nice’ but it seems we caught you in a contemplative mood. Were you wondering what’s for dinner by any chance?

    1. I, the Tigger, don't look at cameras (unless i get caught out) - they steal bits of your soul. The photographer in this case was accompanied by an enormous dog of some Greek mountaineering breed - which needed a very close eye. Don't take your eyes off it even for the camera.

  7. I, the Tigger, have driven gardeners vans (F calls them wheelbarrows) and Donkey (he's the Furrari in my garage) most of my cat life. It's a convenient, elevated, and fairly safe way to see the world. F does the 'donkey-work' and keeps an eye out for dogs and i don't have to risk stepping in anything nasty. The only thing i object to is the seat belt but F tells me seatbelts are compulsory by law.
