    1. It was a bit of a whistle stop tour. I think they wanted to decided which bits they would go and visit for longer. I'm not sure it has helped - the answer seems to be all of it. I have over heard them telling friends to go canoeing on the Nestos River - so I may have that 'delight' to look forward to. I have a feeling this last place might get another visit - with the bike rack on the back. F has showed me your lighthouse adventure and I think I would prefer to be a lighthouse cat, but F said lighthouse cats are vilified in NZ because one killed the last of some rare birds a long while back. And I understand that these days, generally, cats are not the nations favourite imported mammal; I bet humans have done more damage to the wildlife since they have been there than cats have ever managed. F wants to go back and live in NZ but suspects that I would not be a welcome family member.
