A lovely way to keep cool In six months when we have the hot weather I’ll try to remember this. But right now I can usually find myself sandwiched between two wheat bags from from th microwave lol
what a great idea. I am going to share this with my friend that lives in the desert canyon and her big dog is suffering from the heat. she made need several more ice packs. You are my first ever packed in ice cat viewing. wild clapping for mamas idea. tell her the houses she and I love were built in 1920's and I have seen homes in NZ and Australia that are much like these colorful houses. when we bought this house, we had a contract on one like this aqua one that we did not get due to cheating realtors.
Shame about the house, but count yourself lucky you don't have upkeep of a wooden exterior in your life. The ice packs are the gel kind that you use for injuries. We have much bigger ones (that you aren't supposed to freeze - just refrigerate) for lying on, but I won't lie on them, so F puts them under her feet and lower legs at night. (Their label says "Chillmax".) F's Mum offered her a couple of even bigger ones (full human body size for lying on) last time she was home, but they were too heavy to pack into cabin luggage and carry back. Your friend could possibly get a dog sized one of those.
