Spotted recently on a street near us. We wonder what rating they have on trip advisor..
F got a definitely positive test today but is feeling just fine. It makes us Pariahs though. Cancelled haircut appointment for tomorrow, cancelled landlord visit this evening, working from home (stuffing her face with miscellaneous food rather than planning and making a proper lunch in the morning and taking it with her....)
I have been giving her a wide berth (stabbed her a few times in the night to make her move away); cats can catch it you know.
She swooped on me and gave me a manicure this morning - I wonder why?
Take care Tigger.
ReplyDeleteWill do Dave. We are enjoying following your travels on Blighty.
Deleteso sorry the test is postive, glad she is not really sick and is able to trim those pointy things. that is one fine cat motel and I am thankful you don't ever need it. looking at this I am wondering why with the homeless population of humans we have here in Florida, they don't build the same type sleeping quarters, but large enouhg for a human to lie down. like those sleep pods we have seen on TV .
ReplyDeleteWe just typed a big long answer to sleeping pods and lost it. Bother. After all the pros and cons we could think of for building human kennels, we suggested that someone should ask the homeless people what they want. We suspect it isn't kennels. xxx Mr T

ReplyDeleteOh dear... sigh... not much fun for F - unless you count the nail clipping, which in turn, is no fun for you (I gather!) Sending continued POTP for health improvements. And yes, that travelodge does look top notch! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
I don't mind the nail clipping. I sit quietly for three paws and then squirm a bit when she does the offside back one. I don't get stuck in the scratching post after I've had my nails trimmed. Stuck is embarrassing. Furrings and purrings Mr T
DeleteBest wishes to F. Hope she continues to feel fine. Stuffing ones face is definitely a good thing if you have the plague.
ReplyDeleteI love the way everyone looks after the cats in Greece.
ReplyDeleteIt would be better I’m sure if they neutered them so there wouldn’t be so many.
Hopefully you don’t get too many symptoms and your isolation period passes without pain
oh no poor F. We tested positive back in April and it took me plus R at least 6 weeks to start feeling our normal selves again. Bruno was most concerned.
