C'est Fini

Spouting is finished.  Finished enough anyway.  We celebrated, Scully and I, with a walk to the jetty and back.

Waxeyes were digging about in the grass.  I have never seen them do that. Scully needed to be firmly advised to let them get on with it undisturbed.

She paused to contemplate a pair of Paradise Shelducks and then observing that I was giving them a wide berth obviously decided that she would curry favour and exercise a similarly wide discretion.

On our return to the caravan a sardine appeared in her bowl. She probably did not however associate it with her restrained behaviour. She did virtually inhale said sardine and sit patiently willing another to appear while I spread some on crackers for my own dose of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Heart health. We are both now heartily healthy.
