Greybeard

If you look at the feature re-post on my blog (and the 2012 photo of me sitting in F's sailing bag), and look at my photo in my 'embracing the ice pack' post you might notice my beard has gone white.

I'm getting older you know.

This year I'll be applying for the job of Santa Claus.

    1. My 'daddy' has a salt and pepper beard which could at best be described as scruffy on the one occasion that he retired the razor for long enough for the rest of us to make an assessment of it.
We have a photo of him dressed as a leprechaun at the Irish Society Ball and he doesn't half look the part. (He's not tall.)

  2. My other half has the same problem. It makes you look distinguished apparently.

    1. It also apparently improves your credibility in official documents - a few grey hairs to stick by your signature.

    1. LOL - Yam-aunty - I hadn't thought of that. Santa Claws. Fortunately for me F isn't keen on clothes for animals. We were at one stage going to do a post on all the very silly pet clothes we saw in the window of our favorite petfood store (including an 'astronaut suit') but F didn't take very good photos of them so we scrapped it (and we might have risked being a bit scathing). So, no dressing up required here, but we might invite the tech capable among you to 'create' a Santa Claws from a chosen photo closer to the festive date. Furrings and purrings Mr T

  4. My hair is turning a liver colour
I’m letting it go. I think silver is a lovely colour
They’re like free highlights without the burden of having to sit in a hairdressers chair for hours and hours.
Make you look regal I say. Embrace it

    1. I'm learning to embrace a lot of things lately. At least F has more white hairs than me so I am still the youngster around here.
